From January 23rd 2012 the theory test will be made up of questions which are no longer published in learning materials. This is to stop candidiates just memorising the questions and answers and just learning by memory rather than understanding. The format of the test will remain the same and will still be made up of the multiple choice and hazard perception test.

Theory training can be given but we cannot show you the actual new theory test questions to revise. Instead reference books and some revision questions that are similar can be used to train you.  Remember its about gaining knowledge and not just memorising random questions and answers.

As an additional help during the theory test, a voiceover can be added to help with any reading or language difficulties.This is a free service offered by the DSA and we will be glad to help with this if neccessary.Languages that the voiceover is available in are...Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Dari, English, Farsi, Gujarati, Hindi, Kashmiri, Kurdish, Mirpuri, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Pushto, Spanish, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu, Welsh.
